When you refer a child or teenager to Lake Bridge Behavioral Health System, we want to fulfill a seamless continuum of care.
Thank you in advance for collaborating clinically with our Admissions Department to assist our team in maximizing therapeutic benefit during the inpatient stay. The assigned therapist will reach out to you during treatment and you will receive a discharge summary after the patient is discharged from Lake Bridge Behavioral Health System.
