After careful consideration, Lake Bridge Behavioral Health System has made the difficult decision to discontinue operations of its psychiatric residential and acute facility effective January 2017. We are in the process of concluding our clinical service programs for the children and adolescent populations we served. Upon discharge of all of our current patients, we will be closing and these treatment programs will no longer be operational.
Lake Bridge’s management is working collaboratively with state agencies, patients, patients’ families and legal guardians to provide a seamless transition. Our primary goal is to minimize any interruptions to the continuity of care for our patients and ensure that their needs are met. In addition, we are working diligently with all stakeholders in finding an appropriate placement for each of the patients currently in the facility. Lake Bridge remains committed to providing high quality of care and maintaining compliance to all applicable healthcare standards and regulations until the transition has been completed.
